汽车技术服务与营销专业教学体系的实践与探索 被引量:3

摘要 针对汽车技术服务与营销专业现状,结合我学校专业教学实际,对汽车技术服务与营销专业人才培养的定位进行了分析。提出了培养"第一线需要的能做事、会做事的应用型专业技术人才"的人才培养目标。紧扣人才培养目标,我们从课程设置、实践环节、实习实训基地、师资队伍建设等方面提出了相应的优化措施。提出重新定位实践教学,按照质量管理体系"工作过程导向"的理念,结合企业实际,通过"项目教学法"、"任务驱动教学法"、"现场教学法"、"案例教学法"、"情景模拟教学法"、"角色扮演法"等方法组织教学,解决专业教学中长期存在的理论与实践相脱离、远离工作实践等问题。 In allusion to the current situation of specialty of automobile technical service and marketing, the talent cultivating orientation of this major was analyzed, concerning about the teaching reality of the major at Mianyang Normal University. The cultivating target is to train professional and technical personnel that is able to do, knows how to do, and works at the forefront. Closely connected to this goal, the corresponding optimization measures in various aspects are put forward, such as course installation, practice, practice bases and construction of faculty. In order to solve the long - existing issues involving the professional teaching, such as disintegration between theory and practice, breaking away from the working reality, etc. , the reposition of practice teaching has been brought forward. In this process, the concept of "the working process -orientation" from the QMS and combined the actual conditions of the enterprises is introduced. And various teaching methods have also been introduced, they are," item teaching method"," task - driven teaching approach"," Field - based teaching method"," case teaching method" ," scenario simulation teaching method" ," role -playing teaching method", etc..
