摘要
通过室内种子萌芽试验,研究0(CK)、50、150、250、350 mmol/L不同盐分胁迫下不同猪屎豆品系的发芽率、胚芽(根)长等的变化。结果表明,少部分品系在低盐浓度下有促进作用,大部分品系的发芽率随盐浓度的增加而下降。通过对相对盐害率进行分级,耐盐指数1级品系有7份,3级品系有9份,5级品系有7份,7级品系有2份,9级品系1份。
Through the laboratory tests on the seed germination, the changes of germination rate and germ (root) length of different Crotalaria varieties trader different salt stress were researched. The results indicated that only few varieties were positively effected under the low salt concentration, while most varieties had a decline in germination rate with the increase of salt concentration. Classified on the basis of relative salt injury rate, 7 of these varieties were fallen in first-level salt tolerance index, 9 in third-level, 7 in fifth-level, 2 in seventh-level and 1 in ninth-level.
