摘要
对杂花、RS、龙牧、秘鲁4种苜蓿种子在氯化钠、硫酸镁、氯化钙3种盐不同浓度溶液处理下的种子萌发进行研究,观察其发芽率,计算发芽指数Gi。结果表明,低盐浓度对4种苜蓿种子萌发均有促进作用;随盐处理浓度增高,发芽率一般呈下降趋势,但也有例外;不同浓度的盐胁迫下苜蓿种子的适应情况不同;同一苜蓿种子在萌发时对不同盐的适应情况也不同。
Lucerne seeds of 4 varieties were treated with NaCl, MgSO 4 and CaCl solutions of different concentrations, and the percentage of seed germination, as well as the germination index (GI), were calculated to determine the effect of salt stress on germination of lucerne seeds. It was observed that a salt solution of low concentration had a stimulating effect on germination; the percentage of germination, in general, declined with an increased concentration level, though with some exceptions. The response of lucerne seeds to salt stress varied with a changing concentration and the type of salt used in individual treatments.
