摘要
规范分析与实证分析当前高职生就业主要心理问题的表现形式及其成因,可以系统地发现其中存在的基本问题,进而能针对性地提出解决思路。
Combining standardized analysis with empirical analysis,this paper analyzes in an all-round way forms and causes of current main psychological problems of higher vocational students employment,puts forward some countermeasures and emphasizes the importance of organizational adjustment measures.Therefore,the government and the vocational colleges must take further measures to promote students full employment.
