摘要
高职生的就业环境是指影响高职生就业的外部条件和因素,只有对其进行认真分析才能有助于高职生实现合理现实的就业。文章以权变理论为依据,分别从宏观、中观和微观三个角度,对高职生就业环境的现状进行了分析,提出要促进高职生就业务必创设高职生就业新环境的想法。
The higher vocational education graduates’employment environment is the external condition and factor of personal employment. As soon as it is being seriously analyzed,it can do help to graduates’employment. This paper based on the contingency theory,from the perspective of macro-scale,middle-scale and micro-scale,makes analysis of the employment environment situation of higher vocational education graduates and proposes that it is necessary to create new employment environment.
