摘要
文章阐述了高职学生顶岗实习运作模式的内涵,顶岗实习有利于培养学生的职业技能和职业素养,为今后的工作打下良好的基础,针对目前顶岗实习存在的问题,探讨顶岗实习长期机制的建设方案,加强顶岗实习的过程管理,与企业共同制定实习计划和评价实习质量,为高职院校顶岗实习的实施提供解决问题的思路。
