摘要
顶岗实习是高职教育中的重要环节,其在日常教学活动开展中也存在诸多问题。广州城建职业学院经多年实践提出:健全顶岗实习管理制度、强化管理、弹性安排顶岗实习、结合毕业设计、项目开发、职业资格考证和建立"校中厂"等措施,有效破解顶岗实习难题,为增强学生就业竞争力提供保障条件。
This article analyzes the importance of taking internship work and its existing problems.Based on practices in several years,some effective approaches to solve the problems in internship work are put forward such as improving administration regulations for taking internship work,strengthening administration,flexible internship plan,combining internship work with graduation projects,project development,professional qualification tests,and factory in school,etc.
