摘要
《黄帝内经》中治未病思想多处与免疫学理论相吻合。一则养生原则即是维持内环境稳定,使之具备较强的防御功能。二则强调治疗未病是医者的最高境界即是通过维系免疫系统三大功能,阻止免疫病理症状的发生。三指根据望诊征象将疾病扼杀在"未发"状态即疾病早期,免疫应答处于激活状态,而致病因素相对较弱时,外援给予治疗进一步加强或平衡免疫功能,能到达事半功倍的效果。
The idea of preventive treatment in Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Medicine is coincided with the immunology theory.For one thing,the principle of health promotion aims to maintain homeostasis and possess the defense function.For another,the preventive treatment can restraint the immune pathological symptoms by sustain the function of immune system,which is emphasized as the highest state in doctor.Finally,according to the diagnosis of observation,stop the disease before it happened in Chinese medicine,which is consistent with immunology theory.The immunology theory aims to strengthen and balance the immune function externally,when the immune response is active and the pathogenic factor is not serious,and then twice as much can be accomplished with half the effort.
