摘要
目的 :探讨筋膜皮瓣、筋膜瓣修复头面及功能部位的深度烧伤、瘢痕孪缩、皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果及优越性。 方法 :在烧伤早期、急诊外伤、瘢痕孪缩畸形等整复治疗中应用筋膜皮瓣及筋膜瓣 5 4例。通过随诊观察外形及功能恢复情况 ,评定临床疗效 ,与其它修复方法比较 ,总结其优缺点。 结果 :5 4例病人经术后 1年～ 3年随访观察 ,皮瓣色泽正常 ,柔韧性、延展性好 ,功能恢复满意 ,外形美观。 结论 :筋膜皮瓣具有血供丰富、抗感染力强、组织柔顺性好等优点 ,在创面感染 ,局部血供不良 ,血管、神经、肌腱暴露的情况下尤为适用。筋膜瓣翻转加植皮是修复头面、耳部深度烧伤、皮肤软组织缺损的良好方法。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of the fascia flap and fascia skin flap in repairing the deep burns,scar contracture and skin and soft tissue defects of face and other functional parts Methods: In the 1～3 years follow up,54 cases of fascia flaps and fascia skin flaps were conducted to observe the contour and the function recovery,and to be make a contrast to other repairing methods Results:The follow up revealed the superiority of the fascia flaps and fascia skin flaps,such as its good colour and contour,ideal flexibility and contribution to function recovery Conclusion:The rich blood perfusion,resistence to infection and good flexibility of the fascia skin flap,It contribute a lot to its extensive application in the repairing of infected wounds,nude tendons,nerves and blood vessels Fascia flap is an ideal choice in reparing the deep burns of head and face,and skin and soft fissue defects
