摘要
目的探讨皮肤牵张闭合器应用于四肢创面修复的临床价值及局限性。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2016年6月我院皮肤科门诊收治的70例四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者临床资料,随机分为两组,研究组35例采用皮肤牵张闭合器修复治疗,对照组35例行负压封闭引流手术,对比两组伤口愈合时间、二次手术例数、伤口感染等情况。结果研究组深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间要短于对照组(P>0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组二次手术例数明显少于对照组,不过感染率要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统的负压封闭引流手术相比,皮肤牵张闭合器手术操作简便易行,创面愈合快,不过感染风险相对较高,二者联合优势互补,能大大改善预后,建议加强融合研究。
Objective To explore the clinical value and limitations of skin stretch closure in limb wound repair.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with limb skin and soft tissue defects were analyzed retrospectively from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups. The study group（35 cases） was treated with skin stretch closure. The control group 35 cases of negative pressure closed drainage surgery,compared the two groups of wound healing time,the number of secondary surgery,wound infection and so on.Results： The healing time of the deep second degree was shorter than that of the control group（P〉0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The number of secondary operations in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,but the infection rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Compared with the traditional negative pressure closed drainage surgery,skin stretch closure surgery is simple and easy operation,wound healing faster,but the risk of infection is relatively high,the two combined advantages,can greatly improve the prognosis,it is recommended to strengthen the integration study.
