摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理模式对初产妇妊娠结局及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法在本院住院的初产妇60例,分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规初产妇3个产程的专业护理措施;观察组实施全程优质护理模式。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组自然分娩率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组新生儿Apgar评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对比入院时,观察组出院时的SAS和SDS评分改善情况均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论全程优质护理模式能够改善初产妇妊娠结局,并明显改善产妇产后的焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of the entire process model of quality nursing care influence on pregnancy outcome and anxiety and depression in primipara. Methods In 60 primipara in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group：using the conventional initial maternal nursing measures of 3 birth process. The observation group：used the entire process model of quality nursing care. Results Natural delivery rate of the observation group was more than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The Apgar score of newborns of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Comparison on admission,SAS and SDS score to improve the situation when they was discharged from the hospital,the observation group was better than the control group,there were significant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The entire process model of quality nursing care can improve the outcome of pregnancy,and to improve anxiety and depression emotion of postpartum primipara.
