摘要
目的探讨护理配合对视可尼可视喉镜气管插管的影响。方法选取我院50例手术患者,随机分为两组(n=25),分别为实验组(视可尼可视喉镜+护理配合组)、对照组(视可尼可视喉镜组),对麻醉医师和患者对护士工作的满意度及两组患者血流动力学指标和相关并发症发生情况进行比较。结果麻醉医生对实验组护士护理配合满意度平均评分为(95.2±3.7)分,而对照组平均分为(84.4±5.1)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.82,P<0.05);手术患者对手术室服务满意度平均评分为(94.1±3.5)分,而对照组平均分为(82.2±5.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.15,P<0.05);在插管时实验组患者的心率和平均脉压明显低于对照组,实验组患者的插管时间明显短于对照组,实验组患者的黏膜损伤人数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论术前提供一定的心理护理、物品管理,术中熟练配合麻醉医生做好体位管理等护理配合可以提高患者及麻醉医师和患者对护士工作的满意度,插管时血流动力学指标更加稳定,且并发症较少,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing cooperation during trachea cannula using Shikani Optical Stylet. Methods All of 50 patients were selected and divided into two groups （n=25）, experimental group and control group. Satisfaction to the operating room service, hemodynamic index and related complications of patients were compared between of two groups. Results In the experimental group, average satisfaction score of anesthetist to nursing cooperation of nurses was （95.2±3.7） while in the control group was （84.4±5.1）, which had significant difference between two groups （t = 5.82,P 〈 0.05）. The average satisfaction score of surgery patients to operating room service was （94.1±3.5） while in the control group was （82.2：t5.3）, which had significant difference between two groups （t = 6.15 ,P 〈 0.05）. Heart rate and average pulse pressure of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the time of intuba tion （P 〈 0.05）. The intubation time of patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The number of mucosa damage of patients in the experimental group was significantly lesser than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative psychological nursing, providing certain items management, Completing the related nursing management, intraoperative skilled cooperation with anesthetist doing position management with nursing can improve the satisfaction of patients and anesthetist to nurses job, and have more stable hemodynamic index and less complications during intubation, so it is worth promotion.
