摘要
研究了市场营销群体决策支持系统的模型、物理结构,探讨了在MGDSS系统中决策者(People in a marketing GDSS、信息技术工具(IT tools in amarketing GDSS)、MGDSS会议的作用及市场营销群体决策支持系统功能特点。最后对市场营销群体决策支持系统中的供应链优化与动态联盟博弈等问题进行了阐述。
A marketing group decision support system(MGDSS) is a type of decision support system that facilitates the formulation of and solution to marketing problems by a team. A MGDSS facilitates team decision making by integration ① group ware, ② DSS capabilities, and ③ telecommunications. This paper discussed model and character of MGDSS.
