摘要
通过高温烧结和成分配比实验研制了一种新型的铸钢用醇基复合涂料.该涂料具有良好的悬 浮稳定性,较高的涂层强度,较低的发气性.分析了该涂料的流变特性和急热抗裂性。浇注实验表明: 使用该涂料后铸件表面光洁,不粘砂,易清理,劳动强度低.
Through the test of refractory materials sintering and mixture ratio of coating component, an alcohol based compound coating has been developed using zircon and emery powder as refractory materials. The coating displays good properties such as dispersion, strength and producing gas. the rehological property and resistance rapid hot cracking characteristic have been analyzed. Pouring test shows that the casting using the compound coating has excellent surface finish and no metal penetration.
