摘要
采用棕刚玉和锆英粉作耐火材料，研制了铸钢件用水基复合涂料．复合烧结试验及流变特性分析表明：该涂料具有耐高温及良好的触变性、流平性，所生产的铸钢件表面清洁、光滑，不粘砂，易清理．
The water based mixed coating in steel castings was developed using brown corundum powder and zircon powder as refractory materials of foundry coating. The experiment of mixed sintering and rheologic properties shoed that the studied coating was of good properties resistant to high temperrature and good thixotropy, and the steel castings using the studied coating were of fine surface finish and no meta1 penetration.
