摘要
目的探讨中医护理临床路径在四肢骨折患者围手术期的应用。方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月在笔者所在医院住院的150例四肢骨折患者的临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组77例患者按中医护理临床路径实施临床护理、康复指导以及健康宣教。对照组73例患者按常规护理模式进行。比较两组患者的对护理满意率、治疗后患者生活质量评分表以及住院时间和住院费用。结果应用优质护理服务后,与对照组的护理满意率(87.7%)比较,研究组患者的护理满意率(90.9%)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组患者的平均住院日、平均费用比较,研究组平均住院日、平均费用明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组生活质量评分表(103.5±24.4)比较,研究组生活质量评分表(164.5±21.5)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施中医护理临床路径管理,患者医疗成本降低,护理质量提高,患者的生活质量明显改善。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine in the perioperative period of patients with limb fractures.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with limb fractures hospitalized in the author＇s hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.77 patients in the study group were given clinical nursing,rehabilitation guidance and health education according to the clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine.73 patients in the control group were given the above services according to the conventional nursing model.The nursing satisfaction rates,rating scales on post-treatment quality of life,hospital stays and hospitalization costs of the two groups were compared.Results After the application of quality nursing services,the nursing satisfaction rate（90.9%） of the study group significantly improved compared to that（87.7%） of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.The average hospital stay and average cost of the study group significantly reduced compared to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences（P 0.05）.The rating scale on post-treatment quality of life（164.5±21.5） of the study group significantly improved compared to that（103.5± 24.4） of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the patient＇s medical cost,improve the nursing quality and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
