摘要
目的观察东垣益气膏预防性给药对肺气虚证大鼠血气分析和血液流变学的影响。方法将50只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、玉屏风组、东垣益气膏低高剂量组,共五组,每组10只。采用烟熏造模法复制肺气虚证大鼠模型,造模同时开始东垣益气膏灌胃,连续60d。观察各组大鼠的一般情况,取血进行血气分析和血液流变学检测。结果模型组动脉血pH值、PaO2、SaO2下降,PaCO2、血浆黏度,全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)升高,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。玉屏风组、东垣益气膏高剂量组动脉血pH值、PaO2、SaO2%升高,PaCO2、血浆黏度,全血黏度(低切、中切、高切)下降,与模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。其中,高剂量组优于玉屏风组。结论东垣益气膏在纠正低氧血症和高碳酸血症方面有一定的作用,能有效改善血液高凝状态,预防肺气虚证的发生发展。
Objective The objective of this research is to find out the effect ofDongyuan Yiqi ointment used as preventing medication on lung-qi deficient rats by analyzing the changes of their blood and gas analysis, as well as their blood rheology. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, 10 rats in each group, namely control group, model group, Yupinfeng group, low dosage Dongyuan Yiqi ointment group and high dosage Dongyuan Yiqi Ointment group. Lung- qi deficient rats are imitated by smoking method, when smoking was processed, Dongyuan Yiqi Ointment was given by intragastric administration. After 60 consecutive days, the rats＇ general condition was inspected, and blood was taken for blood and gas analysis and blood rheology. Results In the model group, the arterial blood pH, partial pressure of oxygen （PaO 2 ）, oxygen saturation （SaO 2 ） decreased, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide （PaCO 2 ）, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity （low shear, cut, cutting） increased, the difference was significant （P 0.01）, compared to the control group. Yupinfeng group and high dosage Dongyuan Yiqi ointment group showed increased arterial blood pH, PaO 2 , and SaO 2 %, and decreased PaCO 2 , plasma viscosity, and whole blood viscosity （low shear, middle cut, high cut）. The difference was significant （P 0.01）, compared to the control group. Furthermore, the high dosage Dongyuan Yiqi ointment group showed better results than Yupinfeng group. Conclusion Dongyuan Yiqi ointment is effective in correcting hypoxemia and hypercapnia, as well as in improving blood hypercoagulation and preventing the occurrence of lung-qi deficiency.
