摘要
目的探讨采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2009年2月～2011年2月收治的33例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,观察组18例患者采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗,对照组15例患者则仅采用常规治疗。结果经过治疗,两组患者的病情均得到了一定程度的改善,观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论在常规治疗的基础上加入丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗的效果较为显著,对于患者病情的改善帮助较大,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate for the treatment of coronary artery disease with unstable angina.Methods From February 2009 to February 2011,33 cases of patients with unstable angina were selected in our hospital.33 patients were randomly divided into two groups,18 cases of the observation group were treated with tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate treatment;15 patients of the control group only received conventional therapy.Results After treatment,the two sets of the patient＇s condition has been improved to some extent.The curative effect of the observation group was better than control group.Conclusion In the conventional treatment based on the effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate treatment is more significant for the improvement of the patient＇s condition,it＇s worthy of clinical application.
