摘要
用线弹性断裂力学原理和方法研究可锻铸铁的疲劳裂纹扩展问题 ,不同基体的可锻铸铁作为研究对象 ,运用数理统计的原理和方法 ,对其疲劳裂纹扩展进行线性回归处理 ,发现其回归方程是有效的、合理的 ;试验还表明可锻铸铁的疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN随基体中珠光体的增加而增加 .
Research of fatigue crack propagation on malleable cast iron with linear elastic stress. Measuring fatigue crack propagation rate with mathematical statistics. It's equation of linear regression is valid. The experiment shows that the fatigue propagation rate increase with the increase of the pearlite content in malleable cast iron.
