摘要
目的探索影响跨境越南籍女性性工作者性病艾滋病感染的潜在危险因素,为深化跨境合作提供依据.方法云南河口县两个固定场所越南籍女性性工作者为对象,普查方式问卷调查结合深入访谈,收集人口学特征、高危性行为,雇主、嫖客、语言及同伴等影响高危性行为发生的相关因素.结果越南籍跨境女性性工作者艾滋病感染率高达5.9%,性病感染率31.6%.调查对象与客人发生商业性行为时不用安全套主要因为客人不愿使用或者是雇主阻止.语言障碍,女性性工作者同伴群体中竞争和攀比心理增加了高危性行为发生率.结论语言障碍、嫖客和老板的态度以及女性性工作者同伴间相互影响都是越南跨境女性性工作者性病艾滋病高感染潜在危险因素.建议开展中文培训,同伴健康促进及针对嫖客和老板的健康教育.
Objective To explore the HIV/STD related potential risk factors in Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers,and to lay the foundation for the cross-border cooperation.Methods We selected two fixed places of business in Hekou county,Yunnan province as survey sites.Census way was used to collect the data of Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers.Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were used to collect data,including demographic characteristics,risk sexual behaviors,boss,whoremaster,language,companion and some other risk sexual behavior related influencing factors.Results The AIDS infection rate was 5.9%,STD infection rate was 31.6% in Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers.The causes of not using condom were whoremasters＇ refuse or procuress＇ intervention.Meanwhile,language barrier,the competition with companion contributed to the incidence of risk sexual behaviors.Conclusions Language barrier,the influence of companion,the manner of procuress and whoremaster are the potential risk factors to risk sexual behaviors in Vietnamese cross-border female sex workers.Chinese language training should be provided.Meanwhile,some intervention measures for procuress and whoremasters should be taken.
