摘要
柔性生产线平均生产时间的确定是企业确定生产存储量的重要依据·在串行柔性生产线平均生产时间确定方法的基础上 ,提出了基于合并原则的柔性装配生产线平均生产时间的确定方法·
Production inventory control system is an important component of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems (CIMS). Average production time of flexible production line is the key to determine production inventory level. A method of determining average production time was proposed for the flexible assemble production line, which is based on the consolidation principle. The method is useful for factories to determine rational storage, to increase production efficiency and to decrease cost.
