摘要
本文分析了缩短彩电生产线节拍对提高经济效益的作用，讨论了影响生产线节拍的关键因素，进而提出了使节拍缩短为２５ｓ的设计途径。
The effect of reducing beat of producting line of colour TV on incyeasing economic benefit and the key elements to affect the beat are discussed in this paper. The design way which could reduce the beat to 25s. is presented.
