摘要
家蝇是人住所中广泛存在的优势蝇种,曾是城市内主要的扰人昆虫和影响公共卫生的主要问题。随着化学杀虫剂的广泛使用,越来越多的家蝇种群产生了抗药性。本文旨在从家蝇抗药性现状,抗药性产生的机制,检测抗药性的常用手段等方面对家蝇抗药性作综述,希望能够对今后家蝇的防治工作提供一些帮助。
The housefly is one of the advantage species widespread in human communities,it is nuisance insect and becomes impact of public health, becomes to be the main question of the city. With the widespread use of chemical pesticides, more and more housefly populations have resistance to them. This article is intended to make a review for the housefly resistance situation, resistance mechanism, and usual methods for resistant-detect. So that it can provide some help for the future prevention and control work for the housefly.
