摘要
情商教育作为一种新的人生社会成就衡量标准,加强情商教育既是全面推进素质教育的需要,也是高校在新形势下促进就业工作的需要。当前高校大学生就业工作中存在重视智商教育、忽视情商教育,工作方法缺乏创新等问题。为了加强大学生就业工作中情商教育,就要从就业工作的观念、规章制度和方式方法等方面进行创新与完善。
[Abstract]The education of EQ （emotional quotient） is a new criterion for one＇s social achievements. To strengthen the E~ education is the need from both comprehensive development of the quality-oriented education and the promotion for university graduates＇employment under new cir- cumstances. Currently, in the employment work of college students,there are several defects like attaching too muchimportance on IQ education while ignoring the EQ education,lacking innovation in working methods etc..In order to strengthen the EQ education in the employment work of university students, it is necessary to conduct innovation and perfection in the employment concepts, rules and regulations, and the ways and means.
