摘要
因自然环境及区位、资金、产业结构 ,地区发展战略、投入产出效率 ,人们的观念及劳动力素质等诸因素的影响 ,导致西部地区经济增长速度、经济发展综合水平、社会综合发展水平等均低于东部 ,形成“东西差距”。探讨“东西差距”的成因 ,这对当今西部开发实施针对性战略措施具有重要的现实意义。
Difference between the East and the West” exists because the influence of the differences in geography,natural environment,capital,industrial structure,regional developing strategies,efficiency of input and output,people's concepts and quality of labour force result in the lagging of economic growth rate,economic development standard,and social development standard of western areas behind eastern areas.This paper discusses the causes of the difference between the East and the West,which has great significance to the development of the West.
