摘要
在实施西部大开发和高等教育大众化等有利背景条件下,边疆民族地区高校在发展战略的选择上,应重视和优先考虑以下方面,如抢抓机遇、服务西部、特色兴校、多元筹资、加强师资队伍建设等,以促进自身的超常规发展。
In the preferential background of developing western areas and mass higher education, in order to promote the unconventional development, higher institutes in national boundary areas should pay great attention and give prior consideration to the following factors in terms of strategic choices in development: to seize opportunities, to serve western areas, to run school characteristically, to collect funds from various aspects, to strengthen faculty construction and so on.
