摘要
目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子(Tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)水平变化及其与牙周指标相关性。方法用酶联免疫测定患有慢性牙周炎的20个牙位和牙周健康的20个牙位的龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子水平。并记录相关临床指标。结果慢性牙周炎患牙龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子水平明显高于健康对照,并且龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子水平与牙周袋探诊深度(Probing Depth,PD)、附着丧失(Attachment Loss,AL)水平均呈正相关关系。结论龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子水平与牙周组织的破坏和牙周病的严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the tumor necrosis factor alph（TNF-α） levels in the gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） of patients with chronic periodontitis,and the dependablity of it and periodontal index.Methods 20 teeth from periodontitis patients and 20 teeth from health compared were selected,the TNF-α levels in GCF were detected using ELISA method.Result The differences of TNF-α levels in GCF were statistically significant between the two groups.There were significant positive correlation between TNF-α level in GCF and PD,AL.Conclusions The TNF-α levels in GCF were concerned with disorganization of periodontium and severity of periodontitis.
