摘要
目的 筛选对机体红细胞免疫功能影响较小的静脉麻醉药 ,观察用药后 β 内啡肽对红细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法 小白鼠 72只随机分为 7组 ,生理盐水 0 0 4ml/g(I组 ,13只 ) ,硫喷妥钠 6 0mg/kg (Ⅱ组 ,10只 ) ,依托咪酯水剂 12mg/kg(Ⅲ组 ,10只 ) ,依托咪酯乳剂 12mg/kg(Ⅳ组 ,9只 ) ,咪唑安定 2 0mg/kg(Ⅴ组 ,12只 ) ,芬太尼 10 0 μg/kg (Ⅵ组 ,10只 ) ,盐酸哌替啶 2 0mg/kg(Ⅶ组 ,10只 )。各组动物均第一日上午 9时和下午 3时 (药量减半 )腹腔注药 ,第二日上午 9时取血测定红细胞免疫功能各项参数 ,取全脑测定鼠脑 β 内啡肽含量。 结果 与I组 (对照组 )相比 ,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组红细胞C3b受体花环形成率 (RC3bRR)、促肿瘤红细胞花环率 (ETER)、协同肿瘤红细胞花环率(ATER)均明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。Ⅵ组红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RICR)明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,RC3bRR、ETER及ATER明显降低 (P <0 0 1或 0 0 5 ) ,鼠脑 β 内啡肽含量Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组及Ⅶ组明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅵ组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 )。Ⅱ组 β 内啡肽含量与RICR呈正相关 (r =0 6 5 2 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅲ组 β 内啡肽含量与ATER呈负相关 (r =- 0 6 98,P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅶ组 β 内啡肽含量与RC3bRR呈显著的负相关 (r=- 0 781,P <0 0 1)。结?
Objective To select the intravenous anesthetic with less effects on the erythrocyte immunity,and observe regulation of β-endorphin on erythrocyte immunity in vivo Methods Seventy-two mice were randomly allocated to receiving intraperitoneally normal saline 0 04ml/g (group I,n=13), thiopental sodium 60mg/kg (groupⅡ,n=10),etomidate 20mg/kg (groupⅢ,n=10),etomidate -lipuro12mg/kg (groupⅣ n=9), midazolam 20mg/kg (groupⅤ,n=12),fentanyl 100μg/kg (groupⅥ,n=10) or pethidine 20mg/kg (groupⅦ,n=10) at 9 o'clock in the morning ,respectively and were administered at half dosage at 3 o'clock in the afternoon At 9 o'clock of the next day.Results Compared with those in group Ⅰ, the rosette rate of RBC-C3b receptor(RC3bRR) decreased significantly in group Ⅱ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅶ(P<0 01); RC3bRR and the enhance tumor erythrocyte rosette rate (ETER) reduced markedly , but the rosette rate of RBC-IC receptor(RICR) increased obviously in group Ⅵ (P<0 05); ETER decreased greatly in group Ⅳ and Ⅴ (P<0 01);the associated tumor erythrocyte rosette rate(ATER) decreased dramatically in group Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ and Ⅶ(P<0 01);the cerebral β-endorphin content decreased significantly in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅶ (P<0 01),but increased markedly in group VI(P<0 05) The positive linear correlation existed between RICR and β-endorphin content in group Ⅱ(r=0 652,P<0 05) There was negative linear correlation between β-endorphin content and ATER in group Ⅲ(r= -0 698,P<0 05) or between β-endorphin content and RC3bRR in group VII (r= -0 781,P<0 01) Conclusions Thiopental sodium, etomidate and pethidine have less effects on erythrocyte immunityβ-endorphin can produce dual regulation on erythrocyte immunity
