摘要
云南省水资源总量位列全国第3,但水资源开发利用率低,水资源分布与经济发展需求极不适应,用水水平低下。干旱是云南的主要自然灾害之一。在分析2009年以来持续干旱事件对地表水资源、库塘蓄水、九大高原湖泊水资源影响的基础上,从用水安全保障、生态和农业用水受到挤占、地下水过量开采问题、河道断流、湖泊萎缩,功能丧失、潜在的水事纠纷6个方面阐述了持续干旱事件下云南水资源面临的挑战。
The total water resource of Yunnan is the third position in China. But the water resources development and utilization rate is low. The distribution of water resources and the economic development needs are unfit, and water utilization level is low. The drought is one of the main natural disasters in yunnan. In this paper, the continued drought events which sinced from 2009 impacted on surface water resources, reservoir and pond water storage, and 9 plateau lakes water resources were analysised. Then, the six main problems ,which are water security, ecological and agricultural water is diverted, groundwater excessive exploit, river was set ting off for a long-term and Lake withering result in function is lost, and potential water dispute, were brief stated under continued drought events.
