肾脏疾病患者血清胱抑素C检测结果分析

摘要 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C Cystatin C(Cys C)对肾脏疾病的诊断价值。方法:留取患者24小时尿液测定内生肌酐清除率,同时测定胱抑素C、血清β2微球蛋白、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮的浓度,并按Ccr测定值的大小将患者分为4组,将各组生化指标比较。结果:Ccr≥80组各项生化指标与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.005),但Cys C和β2-MG已有增高倾向,而Ccr<80各组生化指标均不同程度增高,尤其是血清Cys C和β2-MG升高明显,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:Cys C是目前肾小球滤过率变化最为理想的标志物,Cys C的检测方法简便、快捷、检验结果可靠,越来越多的研究证实Cys C在多各疾病领域得到应用,在肾脏疾病的诊断上具有重要价值。 Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of Cystatin C (Cys C) in treatment of renal disease. Method: Sample the pa-tient's 24h urine and determine endogenous creatinine clearance rate; in the meantime, determine the concentration of Cystatin C, serum β2 microglobulin (β2-MG), serum creatinine (SCr), and serum urea nitrogen (SUN), then divide the patients into 4 groups on a basis of Cer measured value and compare these groups in biochemical indices. Result:The groups with Ccr≥80 had no signifi-cant difference with the control group in biochemical indices (P〉0. 005), but Cys C and β2-MG had the tendency of increase. The groups with Ccr〈80 had significant difference with the control group (P〈0. 01), for biochemical indices increased to different ex-tent, especially Cys C and β2-MG, both of wl,ich showed an obvious increase. Conclusion: At present, Cys C is the most ideal mark-er of variation of glomerular filtration rate, and it is easy, fast and convenient to determine, and the results are reliable; more and more studies have proved the application of Cys C in multiple diseases and its significant value in the diagnosis of renal diseases.
