摘要
依据农业现代化的基本特征及其服务体系的基本要素,提出了农业现代化服务体系的分析矩阵,即根据区域农业产业现代化发展的约束条件、表现形式、形成原因和突破路径,从而确定该产业发展的现代化服务需求及其适宜的供给主体,进而提出发展措施。以常州市为例,分析了该市现代农业5大主导产业的现代化服务体系的模式选择与发展政策。
According to the basic characteristics of the modem agriculture and the primary elements of modem agricultural service system, a framework for analysis of the modern agricultural service system was established. The modem agricultural service contents, supplying main body and guarantee measures should be determined by the constraints, manifestations, causes and untying way analysis for modernization of the agricultural industries and then the development measures were promoted. Finally, a case study was conducted in Changzhou City and the modern agricultural service system model and policy for its five main agricultural industries was analyzed.
