摘要
通过总结 5期国家级医学继续教育课程班的教学工作 ,依据“国家级医学继续教育备案表” ,分析学员的反馈意见 ,体会到 :精心策划、充分准备是确保教学组织的重要前提 ,挖掘潜力、开拓创新是优化教学质量的关键环节 ,紧扣热点、贴近临床是优化教学目标的基本策略 ,教学相长。
Reviewed 5 times of national level continuous medical education classes, according to “national level continuous medical education scale', feedback ideas from students were analyzed. Realized that elaborate planning, ample preparation were important prerequisites to assure teaching quality. And tapping the latent power, opening up and blazing new trails were the key links to promote teaching quality. Concentrating on hot points and pressing close to clinic should be the basic tactics to attain teaching goals. Moreover, teaching benefiting teachers as well as students, furthering link-up were effective measures to gain better teaching effects.
