摘要
动物实验是生物医学研究的重要手段之一,但在动物实验中如何关注动物伦理,是生命科学工作者必须思考的问题。本文在阐述动物实验重要性的基础上,对动物保护主义、动物福利、动物伦理及其与动物实验的关系进行了讨论,指出动物实验与动物伦理必须协调发展,生命科学工作者应该"善待活着的动物,减少动物死亡的痛苦",遵循"3R"(代替、减少、优化)原则,开展动物实验,推动生命科学的发展。
The animal experiment is one of the important means in the biomedicine studying. The life science workers must pay close attention to animal ethics in the animal experiments. This paper is listed first in the significance of animal experiment in life science study,then,it discussed the dialectical relationship between animal experiments and animal protection, animal welfare,animal ethics.It points out that animal experiments must be coordinated with animal ethics.The researchers ought to ＂caress carefully the alive animal and reduce the suffering of animals killed＂, follow the principle of ＂3R＂ （replacement, reduction, refinement） in carrying out animal experiments, and promote the development of life sciences.
