摘要
目的 研究肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素及三磷酸腺苷对大鼠心肌细胞阴离子交换蛋白Cl-/HCO-3 交换活性的影响 ,探讨其病理生理意义。方法 计算机辅助微量荧光检测法测定培养的正常及心衰心肌细胞Cl-/HCO-3 交换活性。结果 心衰心肌细胞pHi的恢复斜率大于正常心肌细胞 ,肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素及三磷酸腺苷对碱负载的正常及心衰心肌细胞pHi的恢复斜率均分别显著大于对照。结论 心衰心肌细胞Cl-/HCO-3 交换活性大于正常心肌细胞 ,肾上腺素、异丙肾上腺素及三磷酸腺苷增强了正常及心衰心肌细胞Cl-/HCO-3
Objective To study the intensifying effect of adrenaline, isoprenaline and ATP on the exchanging activity of Cl -/HCO - 3 of the anion exchanger of rat cardiomyocytes and its pathophysiological significance. Methods The exchanging activity of Cl -/HCO - 3 of the anion exchanger was examined with computer assisted microfluorescence technique. Results The recovery rate of pHi from base loading was larger in the myocardial cells in congestive heart failure (CHF) than in normal cardiac myocytes. After the treatment of adrenaline, isoprenaline and ATP, the recovery rate of pHi from base loading was larger in the normal cardiomyocytes and the myocardial cells in CHF than in the control without the treatment of 3 agents. Conclusion The exchanging activity of Cl -/HCO - 3 is larger in the myocardial cells in CHF than in normal cardiomyocytes. The administration of adrenaline, isoprenaline and ATP can intensity the exchanging activity of Cl -/HCO - 3 in both normal and diseased cardiac myocytes.
