摘要 阴离子交换蛋白(anion exchanger,AE)2在正常人体多重组织中表达,是一种多功能嵌膜蛋白,最初在红细胞膜上被鉴定。其主要功能是转运一价阴离子,生理条件下以极快速率进行Cl-/HCO3-交换。近年来发现其在某些肿瘤中表达明显异常,可能与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,并可能成为肿瘤疫苗治疗的重要靶位。 Anion exchanger (AE)2 expressed on many tissue of human beings. It is a versatile embedded membrane proteins, and was identified on the red blood cell membrane initially. The main function of anion exchanger 2 is to transfer anion of one price, and to exchange CI /HCOa quickly under physiological conditions. In recent years, abnormal expressions of anion exchanger 2 on some tumors were found, and it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors, and may become an important target site of tumor vaccine therapy.
