摘要
通过合理运用远距离浓相煤粉喷吹技术成功实现了一个喷吹罐对两座高炉的顺利喷吹,两座高炉的喷吹固气混合比均达到了30kg/kg,成为国内一个喷吹罐同时喷吹两个高炉的有效实例,并为远距离浓相喷吹技术在高炉喷煤上的运用迈出了坚实的一步。
Makes an analysis on successful application of one coal hopper injecting to two blast furnaces by means of distant dense-phase PCI technology.The ratio of solid to gas injecting to two BF can reach an averaged value of 30kg/kg,which is a pioneer of its kind in China.It lays a solid foundation on development of distant dense-phase injection technology in BF PCI system.
