摘要
介绍气力输送管道的变径设计方法和变径管道气力输送试验中压损、料气比、物料质量流量等间的关系。采用变径管道可以有效地降低输送管道中的气速,进而降低能耗。
A method of stepped- diameter design for pneumatic conveying pipelines, as well as relationship among pressure loss, ratio of material to air, and mass flow rate of materials etc. in pneumatic conveying test have been presented. Adoption of the stepped -diameter pipline can effectively decrease air velocity in the conveying pipeline, and then reducing the energy consumption.
