摘要
针对目前便携式CO浓度检测报警仪检测范围局限,无法对钢厂潜在泄漏源进行实时监测报警的缺点,提出了一种基于无线传输技术的钢厂CO泄露实时监测报警方案。该方案主要讨论了CO信号处理电路、无线传输技术及软件设计等关键技术,同时给出了软件部分的程序流程图。该系统适用于钢厂潜在CO泄漏源的实时监测报警,有一定的应用价值。
In view of the shortcomings that the current portable CO concentration detecting and alarming apparatus is limited to the detection range and can' t realize the function of the real-time monitoring and alarm of potential CO leakage source in steel mill, this paper presents a new scheme based on the wireless transmission technology. The scheme focuses on the key technologies of the processing circuit of CO acquisition signal, wireless transmission technology, software design and so on, and presents the software diagram. The system is suitable for real-time monitoring and alarm of potential CO leakage sources in the steel mill and has a certain value in the field.
