摘要
在坚强智能电网建设过程中,需要结合来自各种系统的数据对配电网进行分析,以提高配电网的管理水平。文中结合智能配电网的建设要求,提出以经济性和可靠性为指标对配电网的运行状态进行综合分析,按照定量模型和概率性分析的风险评估方法进行风险评估,分析主配网联合的静态安全,计算配电网经济型,研究和实现了一套配电网经济型和可靠性分析系统。为配电运行管理提供更加精确的技术手段,全面提高了配电网智能化管理水平。
In the process of building strong and intelligent power grid, it is necessary to analyze the economy and reliability based on all sorts of data derived from various systems, so that the management of distribution power grid is enhanced. This paper complies with the demands of intelligent distribution power grid, and introduces a new method to evaluate the status of distribution power grid based on economy and reliability. It makes risk assessment by taking quantitive model and probability method, analyzes static safety of main and distribution power grid, and also calculates the economy of distribution power grid. In the end it implements an information system to automate all the calculation tasks. By using this system it offers a technical tool to assist distribution power grid management, and to greatly improves the management level.
