摘要 二氧化钛纳米管阵列具有独特的结构、良好的化学惰性、更大的比表面积、纳米管与基底结合牢固等优点,其应用非常广泛。综述了二氧化钛纳米管阵列在太阳能电池、传感器、光解水制氢、光催化和环境分析方面的应用研究进展,并提出了二氧化钛纳米管阵列的应用发展趋势及展望。 Due to the advantages of such as unique structural features,good chemical inert, more specific sur- face area, nanotubes combined strong with base, TiO2 nanotubes array has a wide range of functional applications. The research progress on application of TiCh nanotube arrays in solar cell, sensor, water photoelectrolysis hydrogen generation, photocatalysis and environmental analysis are reviewed. The development tendency and the prospects of the application of TiO2 nanotube array are proposed.
