Fe^(3+)掺杂TiO_2纳米膜的制备及光催化性能的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出掺杂Fe3+的TiO2纳米膜,并用x射线衍射方法进行表征;探讨了金属离子铁离子掺杂对TiO2纳米膜光催化降解性能的影响;研究了TiO2纳米膜及掺杂改性的TiO2纳米膜对甲基兰的降解作用,同时还尝试不同掺杂的TiO2纳米膜的杀菌功能。实验结果表明通过掺杂Fe的TiO2纳米膜有优良的光催化降解性能。 The Fe^3 + - doped TiO2 nanofilm was formed by Sol - Gelmethod and characterized by powder X - ray diffraction. The photodegradation was evaluated with modified photocatalysts by rare metal deposition such as Fe ion doping. The photoeatalytic property was characterized by degrading salicylic acid. Meanwhile, different ion doped TiO2 nanofilmand were used to sterilization. It's proved that The Fe^3 + - doped TiO2 nanofilm has a good photocamlytic degradation property to the organic matters and The results show that the photoeatalytic decomposability of TiO2 doped with iron is improved obviously.
