摘要
目的 简述颈动脉体瘤的诊断和术前评估与手术方法及并发症的关系。方法参阅相关文献 ,并做综述性报道。结果 动脉造影对颈动脉体瘤的正确诊断率可达 10 0 %。术前评估对颈动脉体瘤手术意义重大。血管外膜下切除和颈动脉重建技术可显著降低手术并发症。结论 动脉造影数字减影技术 (DSA)是颈动脉体瘤的诊断和术前评估最有效的手段。准确的术前评估。
Objective To summarise the relationship between the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of carotid body tumor and the surgical operation and complications. Methods A comprehensive report was made referring to some literatures concerned. Results The correct rate of diagnosis on carotid body tumor was 100% by angiography. The preoperative evaluation was very important for carotid body tumor. The techniques of dissection in the subadventitial plane and reconstruction of the carotid markedly reduced the morbidity of complications. Conclusion DSA is a most effective method for the diagnosis and evaluation of carotid body tumor. A precise preoperative evaluation, correct way and procedure of the surgical operation are keys to reducing the morbidity of complications.
