摘要
伴随着时代发展、科技进步和教育改革的步伐,在现实需求、信息技术、教育教学理念等因素的推动下,教师培训经历了由传统院校集中面授培训到现代远程网络培训的转变,针对现存的问题,教师培训会在未来朝着以校为本的模式继续转变,以更好地适应教师继续教育发展的趋势和要求。
With the Development of the times, science and technology, and teaching reform, and the drive of the current information need, information technology and teaching concept, teacher training transformed from traditional mode to modem remote network training. In view of the current problems, teacher training mode is transforming towards the mode based on school situation, so as to better adapt to the tendency and requirement of teachers＇ continuous development.
