摘要
目的 测定 2型糖尿病患者血清IGFBP -1及IGFBP -3水平 ,了解其变化特点及其与胰岛素 (Ins)、生长激素 (GH)的关系。方法 以IRMA及RIA测定 13 5例患者空腹血清IGFBP -1,IGFBP -3 ,Ins和GH水平 ,并与正常人对照。结果 2型糖尿病患者IGFBP -1水平明显升高 [DM组 ( 77 19± 3 7 89)ng/ml,对照组 ( 4 9 42± 3 2 0 3 )ng/ml ,P =0 0 0 0 1] ,与Ins水平呈负相关 (r=-0 2 4,P =0 0 2 ) ,但与GH相关不显著 ;IGFBP -3水平与正常人比较差异无显著性 ,与Ins及GH无线性相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清IGFBP -1水平升高 ,与Ins呈负线性相关。IGFBP -3水平无明显变化 ,与Ins及GH没有明显相关关系。
Objective To investigate the change of serum IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods\ Fasting serum IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 concentration were examined with IRMA in 135 patients with type 2 diabetes and 65 healthy subjects. Insulin (Ins) and growth hormone (GH) were also determined with RIA. Results\ Serum concentration of IGFBP-1 significantly increased in patients with type 2 diabetes (77.19±37 89 vs 49 42±32 03, P=0 000 1), negatively correlated with Ins (r=-0 24, P=0 02) but not with GH. IGFBP-3 was not different from that of control and did not correlated with Ins and GH. Conclusion\ Serum IGFBP-1 concentration increases in patients with type 2 diabetes and negatively correlates with Ins.
