摘要
目的探讨水平斜视矫正术后睑裂高度变化。方法将29例水平斜视患者，行一眼的一退一缩手术，检测术前术后睑裂高度，并对两组资料行配对t检验。结果睑裂高度无变化的10只眼，占34．5％，睑裂高度增加11只眼，占37．9％，睑裂变小8只眼，占27．6％。两组资料配对t检验无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论水平斜视患者行单眼一退一缩手术，对睑裂大小无明显改变。
Objective To observe the change of vertical palpebral fissure width after horizontal strabismus surgery. Methods Compared the change of vertical palpebral fissure width before and af- ter treatment in one eye of 29 patients undergoing extraocular muscle recession and contraction, who were diagnosed with analyzed horizontal strabismus. And the results were analyzed with the paired t test. Results After treatment, 37.9% of palpebral fissure width was increasing, 27.6% was decreas- ing, and the percentage of no change of palpebral fissure was 34.5%. There was no difference be- tween preoperative group and postoperative group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions There is no obvious change of vertical palpebral fissure width before and after treatment with extraocular muscle reces- sion and contraction on horizontal strabismus.
