摘要
用足三里穴位注射地塞米松疗法治疗 36例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者放化疗引起的白细胞减少症。结果表明 :足三里穴位注射药物治疗组临床疗效明显高于常规对照组 ,其白细胞值分别为 (4 .73± 1.17)× 10 9/ L和 (3.30± 1.0 6 )× 10 9/ L ,两者差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,提示本疗法能有效地改善骨髓造血功能 ,具有肯定升白作用。
A Clinical Study of Zusanli(S36)Point Injection Therapy (ZPIT)with Dexamethasonum, on leukocyte count in 36 patients with ancer of advanced stage after chemo-or radiotherapy were observed. The results showed that the clinical curative effect of ZPIT was significantly higher than that of control group, the count was(4 73±1 17)×10 9/L and (3 30±1 06)×10 9/L respect-Ivly, the difference was significant (P<0 01). It indicates that ZPIT can improve Hemopoietic function of bone marrow and has leukocytogenic effect.
