微博问政借助即时、便捷、互动的网络平台,在社会管理中日益发挥着传统媒体不可替代的作用。学校管理是社会管理的缩影。发挥微博对学校民主管理的作用,克服其传播中的某些误读、误判造成的消极影响,正确地反映师生的诉求,正确地向师生咨询科学管理措施,正在成为教育管理中的新课题。
Micro-blog in politics increasingly plays an irreplaceable role of the traditional media in social management with the help of instant,convenient and interactive network platform.School management is the epitome of social management.Micro-blog plays a role in democratic management of school,and overcomes its negative effects in the transmission caused by some misunderstanding and misjudgment,and correctly reflect the demand of teachers and students,and correctly consult with teachers and students about scientific management measures,is becoming a new subject in educational management.
