摘要
在对新教师岗前培训体制机制的有效性、持续性的理论基础分析的前提下,提出了影响新教师岗前培训有效性、可持续性的关键影响要素——培训模式、培训内容、激励机制、督导机制、评价机制,为高等职业教育新教师岗前培训体制机制的进一步探索提供操作层面的参考。
Based on the premise of theoretical analysis,the paper puts forward the key elements affecting the effectiveness and sustainability of pre-service training mechanisms for new teachers,including the training mode,the content,the incentives,the supervising mechanism and the evaluation mechanism in the hope of providing reference for further exploration of pre-service training mechanisms of new teachers in vocational education institutions.
