摘要
运用Dynaform软件对某汽车尾板加强板冲压成形过程进行数值模拟分析,通过改变毛坯形状、压边力、摩擦系数等方法,有效地减少了拉深过程中出现的起皱和破裂现象。经过现场试验和对比,验证了模拟的准确性和可靠性。研究工作对实际生产具有指导意义。
An automotive enforcement panel was simulated and analyzed by Dynaform software. The phenomenon, such as wrinkling and fracture were effectively reduced by changing of blank size, blank holder force (BHF), friction coefficient during the drawing process. The accuracy and reliability of numerical simulation was verified by experiment and contrast, which provides guidance for the actual production.
