摘要
目的 :观察呼气末正压 (PEEP)对重症哮喘患者的治疗作用。方法 :通过观察不同水平PEEP对重症哮喘患者气道压力和动脉血氧分压 (PaO2 )及二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2 )的影响 ,明确PEEP对重症哮喘的治疗作用。结果 :应用PEEP后患者呼吸困难明显好转 ,气道阻力明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,PEEP水平在 1 37～ 1 96kPa之间逐渐增加时 ,上述症状更为明显缓解 ;PaCO2 明显降低 ,而PaO2 显著升高 (P <0 0 5)。结论
Objective:To observe the therapeutical action in severity asthma with PEEP. Methods:By observing the effect of airway pression and PaO 2, PaCO 2, to define therapeutical action with PEEP in patients of severity asthma.Results:Decompensation was clearly straightened, the airway pression declined remarkably( P <0 01), PEEP increased in the range of 1 37kPa and 1 96kPa, the symptom was more straightened, PaO 2 increased and PaCO 2 decreased. Conclusion:PEEP was one of the effective methods to treat the severity asthma.
